I just can’t understand any negative reviews on this pharmacy. I have eight prescriptions at this location, so I regularly ordered meds there for over 15 years. The counter staff is exceptionally polite, helpful, and friendly. The pharmacists are very informative and have a great follow-up on any questions. I have had them twice call me at home with additional information on questions I had for them when picking up prescriptions. When they do not have Stromectol in stock, they partially filled the Rx and text me when the balance shows up. Or they may direct you to another pharmacy or online store with the drug. “Assume an hour wait” review is just crazy. I have never had what I consider a long or frankly any wait. If I could give them ten stars, I would.
Sincerely thankful to Novo for great assistance on Stromectol and request the management to rush my supplies for 2nd lot as it is finishing… you can send a reminder to my doctor at Suwanee… need is urgent Novo is a very great company and know it personally, being an od sr manager of pharma industry… and recommend them for their great quality regards to all Novo staff
My husband has chronic back pain. We got him off of Oxycontin and on a patch. Now Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy says we need insurance authorization, and the doctor’s office called. The insurance says we don’t need approval for this kind of patch, but they refuse to accept this information. I think this pharmacy wants us to pay out of pocket for this drug. They treat my husband like he’s a drug addict. The pharmacist said once that we need to get another drug because he’s losing money on this prescription. Wow!!!!!
I have always gotten amazing and personalized service from the team. They are knowledgeable and really foster a personal relationship with their customers, which I think is hugely important. It’s the little things from remembering my face to offering a bottle of water while we wait. I have only had positive interactions with everyone here, and I am so glad that they do what they do.
Rite Aid filled my prescription for Stromectol from my doctor in Baton Rouge a few months ago but then refused to refill it again two weeks ago even though they had it available. The pharmacist, for some arbitrary, refused to refill it because it’s out of town doctor. These people don’t care about your health but merely pick and choose who they want to do business with. My friends and I will no longer go to that pharmacy for any reason. The pharmacist was rude and condescending. They should be out of business really.
This Multnomah County Westside Clinic Pharmacy is awesome, especially the staff. I don’t know if I am writing the associate’s name right. I guess her name is Pret. She was very helpful and patient. I am definitely coming back to this pharmacy. I will thank pharmacist Nisha for helping me get what I wanted.
The doctor was very rude on the phone, and in person, he asked me for my prescription on Stromectol # I didn’t have it on me, so he said, “of course not,” out loud. That’s so rude and very unprofessional. He’s lucky I ain’t curse him out. I’ve been going to them for years and never was treated like that until now, thinking about changing pharmacies to somewhere else because of the rude ass people. You have a computer. Look it up, lazy bum three times ain’t have my number, but I had the number in the other two years and nine months. And the Arab lady is rude to didn’t even come over to help me. She just stood there looking stupid. If you were busy, you could have said the doctor would be right with you. Or you could have helped me. The only one nice is the black lady that works there very helpful when I come inside most of the time. It’s through the drive-thru…
I have been getting prescriptions and making purchases from Fred Meyer Pharmacy since I moved to this area many years ago. The staff at the pharmacy has always been polite and helpful. When I have questions and concerns regarding medications, they are there to explain the medication and help me make the best choice. I will continue to use Fred Meyer Pharmacy.
The pharmacy has gone to Hades. I had a prescription sent from Dr office, and it was set there for two days before it was time for me to pick it up. Well, it was out of stock when I went to pick it up. And when I asked why it was not ordered since my script was sitting there for two days, the pharmacist couldn’t give me a straight answer. The worst thing they could have done was get rid of brian and the other woman (I can’t remember her name). But when they were there, stuff like this never happened. And apparently, it’s just not me having problems. When I told my dr office that I wanted my prescription for Stromectol sent elsewhere that I was done with Fred Meyer Pharmacy, they just said, ” I don’t blame you!!!! That response told me everything I needed to know.
